Breathe Awhile è l'unico album degli Arcadium, pubblicato nel 1969. Spesso citato dagli amanti del prog come una pietra miliare, contiene la traccia di 11 min I'm on my way, vetta del disco. L'ottimo brano di chiusura di 10 minuti mescola tinte dark-psichedeliche ed elementi prog, mentre la parte centrale non vede brani altrettanto brillanti ma comunque solidi. Contiene 2 tracce bonus (Sing My Song e Riding Alone).
